A fulfilling brown-bag day! Can't help feeling good after someone's day is made happier.. It's really a rewarding thing to see the smiles on the faces of the elderly. And finally I had Saba Fish! yummy.Had never loved a fish this much! haha After much thought.. I realise that being single even at this age is not an issue. It's more gratifying, as one part of your time is spared to focus on other more fulfilling things in life. Rather than having to tolerate one another in a relationship, being single enables the person to do anything he/she feels good about themselves. In other words, self-esteem increases and this could lead to happier, longer lives. haha. Just a very skeptical deduction. Loads of work piling up and things needed to be done within the stipulated deadlines. Just gotta hang on and prioritize ( Although I really suck at this). cheerios, till then..

I've no idea what is wrong with the net lately. Call me IT-illiterate. So Very True. Certain website pages turned into formats I've never seen before. And just when I'm craving for Saba Fish at this moment, The stall with the scrumptious Saba Fish with loads of Freshh Onions MOVED!!! How pathetic. Just to add on to some of the 'drama', " I'll Never Have the Chance to satisfy my fetish for THAT Saba Fish ANYMORE!!!!" - A huge sigh- Well, the NUS semester has begun and this, being the 2nd week does not bring good feelings at all. Having taken one TOUGH elective - SW1101E is the worst decision made. It's as demanding as my core modules with finals = 60%. Chill. I am chill. Disliking 3/6 modules this semester puts me into the 50-50 chance of SURVIVAL. Ah. Nevermind. At least I get one free day in a week. Good enough. ( I still couldn't believe the SABA FISH STALL IS GONE!) You know, like how men needs SEX to satisfy their 'desire' That'...

Nevertheless, the last day in AH was memorable. A great pharmacist has to depart from the AH Pharmily. Both tears of joy and sadness were witnessed. Leaving with a heavy heart, she will miss all of them. They too, will definitely remember the 6 years of friendship they share under the AH roof. Moving on to KTPH, everything will be different. New environment, new challenges. Yet, the same people with the same belief for the hospital will embark on their journey towards one goal. Realistically true. However, i wonder.. ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... Do i fit in? YIKES!

It's been quite a couple of weeks. Feelings were topsy-turvy , just didn't felt right. UFO4 is here. Yet, only managed to drop by once or twice. Freshmen were much more enthusiastic this time. Good for them. Still felt the sentimental moments 3 years ago when UFO week was worry-less and all you have time for is PLAY . No stress, friends around, everything felt just right . Now stepping into Year 4 ...time flies. Can't fathom the fact that i'm in my FINAL YEAR soon. Yet, if u ask me, why are you in Pharmacy? My answer remains dubious. I have yet to discover a passion that will drive me forward in life. A job that , when you wake in the morning will willingly drag your feet to the bathroom. A job that, when you return home feeling tired and burnt out, will not stop you from looking forward to it again the next day. A job that, when challenges are overwhelming, will not deter you from embracing it with utmost determination. Let's just see how things go. From what i...

Nooo... Temperature reads: 38.1 deg celc However, no signs of continuous flu, muscle aches etc etc Phew. According to the doc, I'm down with throat inflammation and fever. Costed me $34 bucks as the only time i had to see the doc was after work at night. UHWC is closed by then. At least I got my first MC in my life to get a good rest. Yet, this morning my eye got swollen. " It must be the diclofenac ( NSAID) the doc had given me for my throat inflammation. Tho i told the doc i have allergy to Aspirin, i wasn't too sure if i could have an allergy to another NSAID. ok. So for now i know that I'm allergic to NSAIDS. =( hope the antihistamines work to reduce my swollen left eye. It has only been my 2nd week in AH and the stress is kicking in into full mode. Well, it's definitely very overwhelming experience for the first week. I didn't know that pharmacist are super super multitasking expert people. They do so many different things and yet can be super duper pass...

Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of 99' If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experienceI will dispense this advice now. Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh nevermind; you will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded. But trust me, in 20 years youll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you cant grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked. You're not as fat as you imagine. Dont worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind; the kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday. Do one thing everyday that scares you Sing ...
